Potting Epoxy Resins

We produce filled and unfilled epoxy potting resins for the electrical industry. We offer both one-component and two-component epoxy systems for medium and high voltage, with excellent cracking resistance and UL94 certification. Furthermore, we also produce special systems and systems for low voltage and encapsulation or impregnation.

Description: VEROPAL QUICK is a unique very fast two-component construction epoxy adhesive with good peel and shear strength.
Application: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates. Professional and hobby use.
Substrates: Metal structures, wood, ceramics, polymeric composite materials, such as glass fiber reinforced polyesters, epoxies (SMC), etc.,

VEROPAL 15
VEROPAL SUPER

Description: VEROPAL SUPER is a unique hybrid epoxy two-component structural adhesive with high elongation of up to 55 % and at the same time with excellent peel and shear strength.
Application: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates.
Substrates: Metal structures, wood, ceramics, polymeric composite materials, such as glass fiber reinforced polyesters, epoxies (SMC), etc. Some difficult-to-bond thermoplastic materials can also be bonded with the Veropal Super adhesive system.
Chemical base: 2K epoxide,
Viscosity before mixing: 5-15 Pa.s at 25 °C,
Viscosity after mixing: 15-25 Pa.s at 25 °C,

VEROPAL 14

Description: VEROPAL 14 is a two-component epoxy adhesive curing at room temperature. The system has character of a thixotropic paste and after curing it shows a high degree of strength and high chemical resistance. The system is temperature resistant up to 120 °C and is able to fill joints up to 5 mm thick.
Application: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates, but especially composite structures, bonding of electronic components.
Substrates: Metal components, reinforced composite materials (GRP, CFRP), ceramic materials, plastics (ABS, PA, PC...)

SYNPO has developed low-viscosity systems designed for insulating and protective applications of electrical and electronic components; mainly the impregnation of the winding and the potting of the coils of electric motors. Description: Highly reactive low-viscosity 1K epoxy system with good penetration into coils at room temperature. Excellent dielectrical and mechanical properties and chemical resistance after curing.

Akrylátové elektrolaky

VEROPAL AKP12

Description: Protective electro-insulating coating based on acrylic resin in organic solvents with the addition of curing agents. The coating is resistant to changing temperatures, bending, abrasion and moisture with excellent adhesion to the substrate.

Application: For the protection of printed circuits, electronic devices with printed circuits, electrotechnical components and sets, for special electrical insulation purposes.
