HOW TO BECOME ONE OF US?

If you are interested in some of the offers, please answer the questionnaire, insert the electronic version of your CV in Czech or English and send the questionnaire (in some cases we recommend enclosing a letter of motivation). Subsequently, your application will be sent to the appropriate person who is in charge of the selection process and will contact you if your profile meets the requirements of the position.
HOW DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS TAKE PLACE?
The form and the length of the selection process depends on the type of job you are applying for. Most often it takes one to two rounds with a duration of 2 to 4 weeks.
If your professional profile matches the needs of the position you are looking for, we will contact you with the invitation to the job tender, which is most often in the form of a personal interview. In addition to the HR staff, you will also meet a potential direct supervisor.
During the interview you receive questions to verify your expertise needed to perform the position. If your chosen position places emphasis on the knowledge of, for example, a foreign language or other expertise, be aware that your knowledge will be verified.
You will be able to learn the details of the selected position and ask about everything that interests you in this context. Get ready for the interview, check the form, the address and who is your contact person.
At the end of the selection process, all participants are informed of the outcome of the selection process, either by e-mail or by phone.
