Synpo has always been a pioneer in the field of epoxy adhesives, and we offer materials with different working times and other special parameters. Veropal adhesives are primarily intended for professional use, but during the last years we have adjusted their packaging for DIY field. We can set technical parameters and properties of the adhesives according to customer's requirements.
Veropal Quick Fast Epoxy Adhesive
Description: VEROPAL QUICK is a unique very fast two-component construction epoxy adhesive with good peel and shear strength.
Application: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates. Professional and hobby use.
Substrates: Metal structures, wood, ceramics, polymeric composite materials, such as glass fiber reinforced polyesters, epoxies (SMC), etc.,
Chemical base: 2K epoxide,
Viscosity before mixing: 5-15 Pa.s at 25 °C,
Viscosity after mixing: 10-20 Pa.s at 25 °C,
Workability time: 2-3 min,
Gelation time: 5-7 min,
Tg via DSC (°C): 50-60 °C.
Veropal Super Hybrid Construction Epoxy Adhesive
Description: VEROPAL SUPER is a unique hybrid epoxy two-component structural adhesive with high elongation of up to 55 % and at the same time with excellent peel and shear strength.
Application: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates.
Substrates: Metal structures, wood, ceramics, polymeric composite materials, such as glass fiber reinforced polyesters, epoxies (SMC), etc. Some difficult-to-bond thermoplastic materials can also be bonded with the Veropal Super adhesive system.
Chemical base: 2K epoxide,
Viscosity before mixing: 5-15 Pa.s at 25 °C,
Viscosity after mixing: 15-25 Pa.s at 25 °C,
Workability time: 15-20 min,
Gelation time: 150 min,
Tg via DSC (°C): 70-80 °C.
Veropal Structural High-Strength Epoxy Adhesive 14
Description: VEROPAL 14 is a two-component epoxy adhesive curing at room temperature. The system has the character of a thixotropic paste, and after curing it shows a high degree of strength and high chemical resistance. The system is temperature resistant up to 120 °C and is able to fill joints up to 5 mm thick.
Application: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates, but especially composite structures, bonding of electronic components.
Substrates: Metal components, reinforced composite materials (GRP, CFRP), ceramic materials, plastics (ABS, PA, PC...)
Chemical base: 2K epoxide,
Viscosity before mixing: thixotropic,
Viscosity after mixing: thixotropic,
Workability time: 60 min,
Tg via DSC (°C): 80-85 °C.
Low-Viscosity Epoxy Adhesive VEROPAL 50HD/45T for Potting Coil Windings
Description: VEROPAL 50HD/45T is a two-component epoxy system curable at normal temperatures. Its low viscosity allows easy flow and penetration into gaps and small spaces. The short gelling time allows the product to be handled after a short time from the start of pouring. If further shortening of the curing time and achieving the final properties in a shorter time is required, it is possible to cure the system at elevated temperature.
Application: For potting windings of coils and transformers,

Chemical base: 2K epoxide,
Viscosity before mixing: component A – 2900 mPa.s at 25 °C, component B – 1200 mPa.s at 25 °C,
Curing cycle: 24 hours at 25 °C, 3 hours at 60 °C,
Pot life: 10 min at 25 °C,
Hardness after curing: 70-90 ShD,
Temperature class after curing: 130.
Thixotropic Adhesive for Gluing PVC and ABS Veropal JPVC
Description: VEROPAL JPVC is a thixotropic adhesive based on tetrahydrofurane suitable for bonding hard and soft PVC. It is characterized by fast and safe gluing, short curing time and minimal shrinkage.
Application: For gluing hard and soft PVC, but also other plastics such as ABS. Roofing, gluing pond foils, plumbing.
Substrates: plastics – PVC, ABS and more,
Chemical base: tetrahydrofurane,
Density: 0.95-1.0 g/cm3 at 23 °C,
Glue consumption: 250-400 g/m2,
Temperature class after curing: 130.
