Repairs & Technical Support

• Warranty and post-warranty service to our customers in our workshop in Pardubice,

• Calibration of rotational viscometers / rheometers in our laboratory no. 2264 accredited ČIA according to the ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018,

• Calibration of texture analyzers upon request,

• Loan instruments are available for customer use for the duration of the repair,

• Sample testing services:

  • A simple evaluation designed to help determine the appropriate Brookfield equipment for your application,

  • Analysis testing to determine properties of your fluid sample with a report generated,

  • Dispute resolution: analysis testing for mediating a resolution between producers and/or  suppliers obtaining varying viscosity results of the same material,

  • Methodology consulting service on viscosity test development.
