Lamination Epoxies
Veropal laminating epoxy resins are solventless, two-component, low viscosity epoxy systems designed for laminating composite materials, whether by manual lamination, winding, RTM/RIM/SCRIMP or infusion. The individual Veropal LAM systems differ from each other mainly in the speed, which affects the workability time, gelation time and subsequent curing time. It is widely used in the production of various composite parts using glass or carbon fiber or fleece.

VEROPAL LAM 1000 is a clear two-component solvent-free epoxy resin with a hardener for very slow lamination of composite materials. It has a lower viscosity, it is self-levelling. Saturates lamination fabrics well. It has very low shrinkage when cured. Short processing time, the casting is hard. It is beautifully fluid, odorless, with a simple mixing ratio. It can be easily colored, or partially filled.
Usage: Fast lamination of composite materials – quick repairs. Production of composite parts. Suitable for manual lamination, winding lamination, RTM/RIM/SCRMP process and infusion.
Properties of uncured system:
- Mixing ratio 100 : 34 by weight,

VEROPAL LAM 400 is a clear two-component solvent-free epoxy resin with a hardener for slow lamination of composite materials. It has a lower viscosity, it is self-levelling. VEROPAL LAM AERO 45 is a clear two-component solvent-free epoxy resin with hardener for fast lamination of composite materials. Developed for the aerospace, shipbuilding and sports equipment industries. It has a lower viscosity, it is self-levelling. Saturates lamination fabrics well. It has very low shrinkage when cured. Short processing time, the casting is hard. It can be easily colored, or partially filled. It is beautifully liquid, odorless, with a simple mixing ratio.
