Coatings for Protection and Revitalization of Surfaces
These materials are used for protection of surfaces against weather, water, UV radiation or for revitalization of surfaces after their long-term exposure to these factors.
LV CC 103
LV CC 103 is a special clear coat with high resistance to weather, UV stability and gloss. This product is designed for repainting or renovation of UV unstable substrates for outdoor use, such as old stone carpets (epoxy resin-based). It can be applied very simply with a roller in one layer crosswise (final thickness of ca. 20-40 µm). Yield is very high – 8-14 m2 of surface from one liter of material (depending on the roughness of the substrate). The tests proved a very effective UV protection and gloss retention even after 1000 hours in a test chamber simulating the effect of the weather (1000 hours = approx. 3.4 years). LV CC 103 prolongs the life of the surface and maintains its appearance.
VEROPAL TC8 is a highly hydrophobic solvent-based acrylate resin designed to protect stone surfaces, especially sanitary marble. It is a clear, viscous liquid with high adhesion to the substrate and significant resistance to moisture and abrasion.
Veropal D709 is a special varnish for restoration work for protecting of metal, concrete, stone and wood against weather. It is also suitable for interiors. It can be used as a binder for silver and gold bronzes exposed to the weather, or for gluing and protecting of optical glass.

Veropal UV 40 is a solution of acrylate resin with very effective protection against UVA and UVB. It is mainly used for strengthening or surface treatment of porous and non-porous materials resistant to solvents. VEROPAL UV-40 is used for long-term protection against UV radiation of natural and artificial sources. It is widely used for restoration work, for fixing graphics, angular and chalk drawings or pastels. It can also be used as a hot melt adhesive for glass and ceramics without the risk of yellowing.
